03 Air Conditioning
Air Conditioning
Comfort cooling designed around the building: sized properly, installed tidily, and maintained so it stays efficient and compliant. Company F‑Gas certified.

- R22 system replacement, recovery and decommissioning
R22 replacement, recovery and decommissioning
R22 refrigerant has been banned in the UK since 2015. Systems still running on it cannot legally be topped up, and when they are replaced or retired the refrigerant must be recovered and destroyed by a certified company.
Solvanta is company F‑Gas certified for this work: we recover the refrigerant safely, decommission or replace the system, and issue the recovery records for your compliance files.
04 Planned maintenance
Legal obligations you can hand over
Some obligations recur every year whether you think about them or not. We run them as planned maintenance: scheduled, carried out and documented, so compliance stops being a diary problem.
