Who we are

Solvanta Building Services Ltd (“Solvanta”, “we”, “us”) is a mechanical building services contractor registered in England & Wales, company number 17368185, with its registered office at 11 Royal Court, Queen Anne’s Gardens, Enfield, London EN1 2JE. What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, telephone number, email address, property type, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field. We also hold any correspondence that follows.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to prepare and follow up a quotation. Our lawful bases are the consent you give when submitting the form and, for the steps that follow, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps you request prior to entering a contract.

We do not use your details for marketing, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you submit the form, your details are relayed to our mailbox by FormSubmit, a form delivery service that acts as our processor for that single step. Our mailbox is provided by Zoho Mail and hosted in Zoho’s European Union data centres. Both services process your details only to deliver and store our correspondence.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, and afterwards only as a normal business record of quotations and works. If you would like your details removed, ask and we will delete them unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email contact@solvantabuildingservices.com.
